The Straughn Professional Development Center is located at 2142 Shealy Drive on the UF campus, next to the Animal Sciences Building and across Shealy Drive from the UF Small Animal Hospital.

By car: The parking lot around the center is reserved for the CALS Career Expo. If that lot is full, additional any permit parking is available on the southwest side of the Animal Sciences Building.

By bus: RTS Campus Route 122 has two stops on Shealy Drive just yards from the center. RTS City Route 12 (Reitz Union to Butler Plaza) and 35 (Reitz Union to Homestead) stop about .2 miles north of the center on Shealy Drive.

By bike: Bike racks are located on the south side of the building.
