The CALS Awards Ceremony is an annual event to recognize outstanding students, faculty and staff in the college.
The following groups of students are recognized for the academic achievements, service to the college, and demonstrated leadership: CALS Ambassadors, CALS Leadership Institute, CALS Honors Scholars, CALS Council officers and outstanding student organizations. In addition, select juniors, seniors, faculty and staff are awarded the top awards given by the college.

What should I wear to this event?
The recommended attire is business professional or business casual.

What is the event schedule?
We will begin with a cocktail hour at 5 p.m. with heavy hors d'ouerves. Following, everyone will take their seats to begin the program at 6 p.m.

The Straughn Professional Development Center is located off Shealy Drive in Gainesville. Specific information regarding directions can be found on the Straughn website.
