NaviGATORing UF/IFAS CALS gives high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to experience what it's like to be a student at the University of Florida in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences. Students will be given the opportunity to learn more about the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences and the UF admissions process (both freshman and transfer), sit in on classes, learn about our numerous campus organizations and activities, and explore the unique majors, minors, and professional development opportunities in CALS.

What is the purpose of NaviGATORing CALS?
NaviGATORing CALS gives high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to experience what it's like to be a student at the University of Florida in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences.

Will I attend classes while I am on campus?
Yes, you will attend classes on campus.

Will I be able to meet with an advisor or faculty member in the major I am interested in?
Yes. There is time on the agenda for you to visit the department where your major of interest is housed and spend some time asking questions and learning more about the major.

Will I learn more about the admissions process?
Yes. Admissions experts will be in attendance to talk with you about the possibility of becoming a CALS Gator!

Is there a cost?
Yes. Participants will be asked to submit a $15.00 non-refundable fee. The fee will be collected before the event. A link for payment will be sent upon acceptance.

May I bring a guest?
Yes. A guest may join for the admissions session.

How do I register for NaviGATORing CALS?
The registration button is located on the top of the NaviGATORing CALS webpage.

Are walk-in registrations accepted?
No. Each student's schedule is personalized to complement their academic major of interest and therefore participants must be confirmed in order to attend.

Changes to your reservation will be allowed if there is space available.
